JQuery Dialog issue on IE8

jquery dialog test on IE8

I tested this page with FireFox 3, Google Chrome, Safari and IE8. Only on IE8, the size of the jquery dialog is not correct. And you will know odder behavior after drag & drop.

Is this a bug of the great IE8?

This is NOT the IE8 only problem, I tested IE7, IE6 and got the same problem......
IE is Insane Explorer and suck ....

What fixed the issue for me was adjusting the maxHeight/minHeight and maxWidth/minWidth from the default values of the dialog.
