Samples of s:DataGroup and s:List
A Deep Dive into Flex 4 Lists and Layouts by Glenn Ruehle
You better look this session video!
And I made similar samples like demos in this session.

s:DataGroup Test 08
Only "s:DataGroup Test 08" sample uses AS3 YouTube Chromeless Player.
# The ActionScript 3 YouTube Chromeless Player is Now Live
YouTube Embed Player is still AS2 version. Why?
Also I don't think deeply about 3D rendering of "s:DataGroup Test 08". It's just a sample ;)
s:List samples
s:List Test 01
s:List Test 02
s:List Test 03
s:List Test 04
s:List Test 05
s:List Test 06
s:List Test 07
s:List Test 08
(You have to double-click to play movie only for this 08)
The "s:List Test 08" uses "WheelLayout.as" from WheelLayout Source and Quick Mashup. But you need to edit it a little because Flex SDK 4 was updated.
I think "s:List Test 08" looks nice. However, the codes of "WheelLayout.as" is never simple. I guess it's easier to write 3D layouts without using s:LayoutBase and s:List. Don't you think so?
