adding BlazeDS to ColdFusion8 (the doc has a mistake)

The mistake is about "cfgatewayadapter.jar".

Wrong
Copy "cfgatewayadapter.jar" to ColdFusion8/wwwroot/WEB-INF/flex/jars

Right
Copy "cfgatewayadapter.jar" to ColdFusion8/lib
